The PWR House delivers more than just classes, it’s a space for women to come exactly as they are and leave stronger, more grounded, and more connected to their bodies. By merging pilates principles with the fundamentals of strength training, we offer class experiences that challenge, strengthen, and remind you of the power that already lives within.

Sculpt

A high-energy workout that blends pilates and strength training focused on muscular endurance, core stability, and total-body conditioning. Expect pulses, tempo work, light weights, and high-rep movement patterns that sculpt your muscles and build stamina while delivering a great sweat.

Strength

A full-body lift, with an elevated experience. In this class we use moderately heavy dumbbells with an emphasis on progressive overload and strategic rest periods to build strength, challenge your limits, and unleash your inner PWR.

PWR Reset

Class Description: Low-impact mat Pilates + mindful movement designed to restore your body, reset your nervous system, and recharge your energy. Expect intentional movement, breathwork, core activation, mobility, and a grounded finish. You’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer, and ready for the rest of your day.

HEROBOARD PILATES™

A full-body, low-impact workout performed on the This class focuses on controlled strength training, core stability, balance, and muscular endurance through slow, intentional movement and sustained muscle engagement. Expect continuous flow, deep muscle activation, and a challenging yet joint-friendly workout.

Mat Pilates – 45 min.

A thoughtfully curated mat Pilates experience designed to strengthen from within. Through controlled movement, breath, and intentional flow with the use of classical and contemporary exercise orders, you’ll build deep core muscles, improve mobility, refine posture, and create a full-body balance. Where are you located?

We’re located in Washington, IL, conveniently right off of Highway 116 and just minutes from surrounding communities.

Do I need pilates experience?

Not at all. Whether it’s your first class or your hundredth, our classes are designed with modifications and progressions so you can move at your own pace.

What should I bring?

  • Water
  • Grip socks recommended, but not required
  • Comfortable workout clothes

 

We provide all equipment necessary for all of our class types – including mats and towels.

What classes do you offer?

We offer classical and contemporary mat pilates, sculpt, strength, and HEROBOARD PILATES™. Keep an eye out on our socials for seasonal offerings and pop-up events too.

What is HEROBOARD PILATES™?

HEROBOARD PILATES™ is a performance-driven, low-impact training method designed to build strength, control, and muscular endurance through intentional movement.

The method centers around the HEROBOARD™, a compact wheeled training platform that challenges stability, balance, and precision throughout every exercise. Because the board moves with the body, participants must continuously engage their core and stabilizing muscles to maintain control.

Each class blends principles from Pilates, sculpt training, and time-under-tension strength work to create a full-body workout that develops deep core strength, improves balance, and builds muscular endurance while remaining joint-friendly.

The result is a challenging, efficient training experience that emphasizes control, precision, and sustained muscle engagement.

How long are classes?

Our classes range from 45 to 60 minute sessions.

 

Are cell phones allowed in class?

At The PWR House, we love celebrating movement, community, and progress. Photos and videos may occasionally be captured for marketing and social media purposes.

 

By attending classes, members acknowledge that:

  • Photos and video may be taken in shared studio spaces and during class.
  • Content may be used on The PWR House website, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.
  • We will always aim to capture content respectfully and with consideration for member comfort.

 

We ask all members to:

  • Be mindful when taking personal photos/videos and respect others’ privacy.
  • Obtain permission before posting close-up content of another member.
  • Keep phone use during class to a minimum to maintain the experience for everyone.
  • Avoid filming instructors or full class experiences for commercial purposes without approval from the owner.

Please let our team know before class so we can accommodate.

I’m nervous to come alone– what should I expect?

You are not alone! Many members come alone for their first class. Our instructors will welcome you in, help you get set up, and make sure your questions are answered prior to the start of class. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your first experience.

How early should I arrive?

Newcomers should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class. Returning members may arrive 10-15 minutes early.

What do I need to know about parking and studio entrance?

Parking is easy at The PWR House. We share a lot with a neighboring business, and members are welcome to park anywhere in the lot during their scheduled class time. To be respectful of shared access, we ask that parking be limited to the duration of your visit.

Studio entry and exit are located on the high-way facing side of the building.

What membership options do you offer?

We keep things simple with flexible options designed to fit your lifestyle and routine:

 

Unlimited Membership

Unlimited classes each month for those who want consistency, community, and the freedom to move as often as they’d like. 

 

Includes: Unlimited Classes, 7 Day Advanced Booking, 1 Free Guest Pass per Month (cannot be rolled over or transferred), and 10% Off Merch (cannot purchase for others). 

*3 month commitment or 30-day cancellation notice required.

 

Class Packages

  • 5-Class Pack, $125.00

Includes: 5 class passes and 1 week booking privileges. Expires 6 weeks from date of purchase.

  • 10-Class Pack, $260.00

Includes: 10 class passes and 1 week booking privileges. Expires 12 weeks from date of purchase.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

Please cancel at least 2 hours before class so another member can take your spot.

 

Late cancellations (within 2 hours of class) will result in a loss of credit or a late cancellation fee for unlimited memberships.

 

No-shows will result in loss of class credit and/or a no-show fee.

What if I’m late?

For safety and class flow, the studio doors are locked at the start of class. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class begins.

What if I’m pregnant or postpartum?

Please consult with your healthcare provider first and let your instructor know before class so we can offer modifications.

How do I book a class?
